Shipping Policy
For items available for immediate download, they will not be shipped to you. You can download the files and print out copies to your satisfaction.
For physical items such as macarons and other items made in my cottage foods bakeries in Miramar, FL the items will be either shipped from Miramar, Florida via USPS or delivered in Broward, Miami-Dade or Hendry countries. Estimated time to ship a product varies depending on if the product is ready-made or made-to-order. Please Contact Us prior to ordering if you need an item within a week of ordering, or for further details. We cannot be held responsible for the treatment of your purchases by the mail couriers. Weather and uncontrollable situations can impact the time it takes your physical items to reach you.
Return Policy
For items available for immediate download, no returns are accepted.
For edible items returns are not accepted and all sales are final Rose Macarons.
For physical but perishable items and food stuffs, no returns are accepted.
For purchases of classes, or other event type tickets, the return policy will depend on the time before the event. Up to a week before the event you can get a full refund. If it is within 24 hours of the event, there are no refunds or returns.
